Curved Deburring Tool Holder for CNC
The curved surface deburring tool holder is an automation concept tool holder designed to remove burrs on curved surfaces by mounting it on the spindle of a cnc machine.
The curved surface deburring tool holder removes the burr on the curved surface by repeating the movement of the shaft going inward by 10mm and returning to the original position.
Insert the ER20 collet into the end of the deburring tool holder, insert the rotary bur (shank 1 to 13 Ø), and fix it with a nut so that the rotary bur does not move.
It is recommended to process clockwise for outer diameter and counterclockwise for inner diameter.
